We work with a speciality coffee from various roasters (Rebel Bean, Chroast, No Brand Roastery, but also like to discover hidden gems from abroad). Every day you can choose from two types of beans for espresso, batch brew, V60, cold brew, espresso tonic and other coffee based drinks.
French savory pancakes - GALETTES
" The French way"
Each pancake is handmade and freshly prepared in front of you. At Airstream Café you try one of the most popular classics (hence the name) "Breton blast" - ham, cheese, onion, egg, salad, as well as an unconventional yet very popular galette with pulled pork, cheddar, bbq sauce and salad, or smoked salmon with goat cheese and dill. Sweet pancakes - Crêpes
Pancake or a crêpe?
Everybody knows sweet pancakes. The batter is similar to a classic pancake batter you make at home. But the biggest difference is in process of making! Crêpes are much thinner and therefore the batter is much thinner. Crêpes are spread on a 40cm large cast iron plate with a special "wooden stick" and baked shortly at a very high temperature. To make sure there's enough sweet options we also prepare waffles and little fluffy yeast pancakes...usually not both at the same time, but we try to be fair.
