Airstream Café Uzlík Un-di is a mobile café and food truck that focuses on healthy fast food

with gluten-free options. We offer a wide range of selected speciality coffee from well-known Czech but also from time to time foreign roasters. You can taste variations of espresso based drinks, but also try alternative methods of coffee preparation, such as cold brew, batch brew, V60. Your cup of coffee goes perfectly well together with our massive French pancakes, so-called galettes or sweet Ccrêpes, waffles or our other specials of the day. Our home station in Kladno, but you can book us for event anywhere in the Czech Republic.
