Pancake = crêpe?
Everybody knows sweet pancakes. The batter is similar to a classic pancake batter you make at home. But the biggest difference is in process of making! Crêpes are much thinner and therefore the batter is much thinner. Crêpes are spread on a 40cm large cast iron plate with a special "wooden stick" and baked shortly at a very high temperature. Find more about sweet crêpes in the gallery. Unlike for the galettes we don't use buckwheat flour but plain white flour - it just works the best.
The hardest thing is to choose! CRÊPE, WAFFLE or PANCAKES?

What fillings and toppings do we have?
It would be a sin not to begin with a Nutella&banana filling! And for a specially brave children we indeed offer just Nutella without banana :) Add fresh fruit, chocolate, salted caramel or roasted coconut topping. But also healthier "fitness" variations are available or taste our seasonal specials, such as "strudel in a pancake". In addition to sweet pancakes, we also offer waffles or yeast pancakes, which are the best of all.
